Jesus’ Power

Home » Proof, Evidence, Promises, and Joy! » Jesus’ Power

Jesus holds all power.

Power over disease.

Power over demons.

Power over nature. (He calmed the storm and walked on water.)

Power over matter. (He turned water into wine, a few small loaves and fishes into a feast.)

Power (and forgiveness) over sin.

Power over death.

The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of his being, sustaining all things by his powerful word. After he had provided purification for sins, he sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven. Hebrews 1:3

Jesus is our Savior and desires that we are resurrected in Him (His life, blessings, and power). Nothing else will hold up under the strain of life and God’s judgment.

Jesus says -“come to me all who are heavy laden and I will give you rest.” There is no other like me. I am the way to God. I have proved that I can satisfy your needs and handle any problem. I stand with arms outstretched to give you forgiveness, grace and mercy. I am truth, wisdom, and peace. Whatever your need – I am able to provide. I am the way to God. I can enable you to over-come all things, even death. My desire is to bless you abundantly with the resurrection life.

*Place a Bible in the chair that you sit in at night. Tonight, begin to read one of the gospels looking for the places where Jesus power is revealed. Or place your Bible somewhere that you can carve out a place in your day to read a couple of chapters every day.  Would this be with your morning coffee? Before or after work? Lunch time?
